Spatial data on every property, for people and robots
Scan a building once and ReactVision turns it into a live spatial map that maintenance teams, occupiers, buyers and robots can all use. Built for proptech teams managing residential and commercial portfolios.
What does ReactVision do for proptech?
ReactVision gives proptech teams spatial data on every property. VPS (visual positioning system) on ReactVision Spatial scans and hosts a building as a shared spatial map, relocalises any phone inside it, and lets you attach information to exact places in the space. Maintenance teams, occupiers, buyers and robots then work from the same map, across residential and commercial portfolios, in our cloud or on your own infrastructure.
- Scan once
- One hosted spatial map per property, reused by every app and team.
- People and robots
- The same map serves the people in a building and the machines that work in it.
- Cloud or on-prem
- Run on ReactVision Spatial or keep property data inside your own network.
One scan, three audiences
A floor plan tells you what a building looks like. A spatial map lets people and machines act inside it.
Operations and maintenance
Pin maintenance notes, asset records and inspection history to the exact boiler, panel or door they belong to, so every engineer finds the same information in the same place on every visit.
Occupiers, tenants and buyers
Indoor wayfinding, guided viewings and virtual staging on the phone people already carry, with content that stays exactly where you put it.
Robots in the building
Gather the location and setting data robots need to work in a space: a hosted map of the property, a shared coordinate frame, and an understanding of its surfaces and objects.
How it works
Three steps from an unmapped building to spatial data your whole portfolio can use.
Scan the property
Walk the space with a phone. VPS builds and hosts a spatial map of it on ReactVision Spatial, indoors and out.
Attach your data
Anchor maintenance records, wayfinding, listings or 3D content to exact places in the map, from code or visually in the Editor.
Put it to work
Phones relocalise in the space and see the same content, robots work from the same location and setting data, and you update it all over the air.
What proptech teams build on it
Every capability below is live on ReactVision Spatial today, apart from Advanced VPS, which is coming soon.
A spatial map of every property
VPS scans and hosts each space, then relocalises devices inside it on iOS and Android, so a portfolio becomes a set of maps you can build on rather than a folder of floor plans.
Maintenance anchored to the asset
Cloud Anchors persist notes, checklists and records at a physical location across sessions, users and devices, so knowledge stays with the building instead of leaving with the contractor.
Recognise equipment on sight
On-device object detection labels real-world objects in real time, so an app can recognise a piece of equipment and bring up the right record or procedure.
Understand the space itself
Surface understanding, depth and world mesh describe floors, walls and fixtures, with LiDAR depth where the device has it and a monocular fallback where it does not.
Outdoors and across sites
Geospatial Anchors place content by latitude, longitude and altitude, for frontages, car parks, plots and developments that are not built yet.
Viewings and virtual staging
Stage empty rooms and run walkthroughs on a buyer's or tenant's own phone, with occlusion so furniture sits behind real walls instead of floating on the camera image.
Update without an app release
Asset hosting streams scenes and 3D content at runtime, so you change what is anchored in a building over the air, without shipping a new version of your app.
Your data, your infrastructure
ReactVision Spatial runs as a managed service or on-premises, with SSO and audit logging on enterprise plans, for portfolios where location data must stay in house.
The stack underneath
ReactVision builds the renderer and the spatial infrastructure beneath it, so scanning, anchoring and content updates work together without you running a backend.
ReactVision Spatial
VPS, Cloud and Geospatial Anchors, object detection, depth and surface understanding, and asset hosting, managed for you or deployed on-premises.
ViroReact
The open-source, MIT-licensed renderer behind your property app, shipping natively to iPhone and Android from one codebase.
The Editor
Lay out anchored content visually, without code, and publish changes straight to the app your teams and customers already have.
MCP
Let your coding agent build and test the app against current ViroReact APIs, with render testing inside recorded real-world rooms.
