ViroReact and Expo Starter Kit Updated to support ViroReact 2.50.0!

We’re excited to wrap up our December release cycle with an update to the ViroReact Expo Starter Kit, the easiest way to get started building AR experiences with ViroReact, especially if you’re new to the library.
The starter kit includes a collection of useful demo scenes you can explore, along with examples of best practices for structuring your project, such as keeping each AR scene as a separate component for clarity and scalability.
What’s New in This Update
This release focuses on a handful of small but useful improvements that make the starter kit an even better foundation for your projects.
Updated to ViroReact 2.50.0
The starter kit now uses the latest version of ViroReact (v2.50.0).
While we haven’t wired up the new 2.50.0 features directly in the demo scenes yet, you can explore and experiment with them yourself using the starter kit as a base. We recommend checking out the documentation and trying things out as you build.
Expo Router Added
We’ve also added Expo Router to the starter kit.
Although the app still runs as a single-screen experience using ViroARSceneNavigator to move between AR scenes, the underlying project structure now supports Expo Router. This makes it easier for developers already familiar with Expo Router to extend the project and build more complex application flows on top of it.
